The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and high level administration tasks
• Coordinate and prioritise incoming communications and tasks, including emails, phone calls and correspondence
• Prepare and distribute production reports, return to work presentations and prestart presentations
• Manage ordering and invoicing requirements
• Coordinate and manage site vehicles and maintenance requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration experience in a similar role – experience in a production mining environment highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Valid Australian Driver Licence

About the role

The Dozer Push Coordinator is accountable for ensuring efficient Dozer Push operations and ensuring that utilisation targets are met. The Dozer Push Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Mining Pro Dozer Push Operators across various work areas on site.

• Full-time position with annual and personal leave
• 9 day a fortnight roster

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in open cut coal mining
• Highly experienced in the following:
• • Mine planning
  • Dozer Push Operations
  • Coal quality management
• Understanding of operating cost management
• Incident investigation
• Management of large work groups
• Experienced with MS office suite
• Good understanding of Queensland Coal Mining and WH&S legislations

• RIIWHS301E – Conduct Safety and Health Investigation (S2 / G8)
• RIICOM301E – Communicate Information (S3 / G9)
